Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Goal of Program: Coordinate and execute all aspects of the sampling program for labels. This will be a huge focus for this position. The intern will get experience working with multiple areas, project management, coordination and communication. We will also bring the intern into other areas of marketing such as content writing, social media and data analysis.
Essential Functions: The intern will gain valuable exposure to the many areas of marketing and the variety that the job provides. The main focus and dedication will be with the sample area and also administrative tasks, project coordination, time management, and cross-functional communication to include:
-Submitting requests from Act-On form submissions
-Fulfilling sample material requests
-Continuously maintaining inventory
-Requesting quotes & ordering/re-ordering samples
-Assisting in merchandising
-Coordinating collation efforts internally
-Exposure to multiple areas of marketing such as creative writing, social media, data analysis and more
-Projects for Exposure/Learning
-Complete management and coordination of Sample program
-Social media posts and analysis
-Data analysis from marketing communications
You Must Have:
• Good written and oral communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Time/project management

• Marketing or communications focus
