Account Supervisor (Hybrid - Shopper / IMC focus)

TAXI is looking for a leader with shopper and integrated marketing account management experience. You will

  • Be collaboratively responsible for the development of long-term account success and growth by participating in Client Engagement Plan development and execution. Gain and maintain expert knowledge of client’s business, industry and competition.
  • Drive execution and measurement of final plan, ensuring proactive thought leadership.
  • Supervise and develop a direct report
  • Lead meetings, briefings and consolidate the next steps for a large client.
  • Take initiative, have follow through skills, and problem solving on a day-to-day basis
  • Build and cultivate strong relationship with the creative and client teams
  • Manage projects and campaigns from A to Z – liaising with colleagues at VMLY+R US
  • Develop strategic thinking abilities by keeping current on industry trends and issues affecting client's business.
  • Manage all resources involved in projects
  • Be the main contact with our clients on projects
  • Provide team members with solid perspective and leadership in the development of client services skills.
  • Consult with key departments and divisions to keep them informed of upcoming workload ensure the completion of a client project.

You Bring

  • 3 or more years of relevant industry experience, especially in the CPG industry.
  • Have solid knowledge of print and digital production processes.
  • Experience working on shopper marketing executions both at a pre-shop and in-store level.
  • Experience with external agency relationships, vendors, retailers and media partners.
  • Experience executing programs with retailers like Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, Loblaws, etc.
  • Have a solid understanding of both agency and client financial management included with or alongside production experience.
  • Experience working on multiple projects in different phases of the creative process
