What does a Catalyst really do? Think of yourself as someone who will manage and coordinate employer brand projects, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you managing the key employer’s brand projects in specific geographical assignments or what’s assigned to you by the Chief Catalyst. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you must make sure that all projects assigned to you will be delivered on time.
As a Catalyst, you will prepare and report regular dashboard for ongoing projects to Chief Catalyst and project sponsors. You will act as a coordinator between the B.E.D. team and requesters and stakeholders; such as Recruitment and the Executive Team. You will oversee, handle, and processes approval of budget, timeline, logistics, and other administrative items required for each project. You will manage traffic/queueing of employer brand projects among Creatives and the Social Media Marketing Teams. You will oversee sponsorships and new media relevant to employer branding. You will make strategic local employer brand recommendations for their designated geography.

Requirements:What does it take to become a Catalyst? Well, we need someone with experience in account management or client services in an advertising agency. Someone with knowledge in either social media marketing or events management. We also need a college graduate but it’s also open for internal candidates and fresh graduates.
