Think of yourself as someone who will be the point person for internal communications and media/public relations relevant to employer branding, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you must produce excellent writing in all asks of you. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that as part of TaskUs, you are expected to make sure to keep in mind the company’s branding and to make sure every execution you produce is written in the right tone.

As a Wordsmith,  you will manage internal communication media, including but not limited to, email broadcast, SMS blasts, desktop screensavers, and onsite TV screens. You will generate press releases and brand spiels for internal and external consumption. You will generate creative revamps of job descriptions. You will produce and improve deck templates for internal stakeholders. You will work hand in hand with Content Curators and Social Media Geeks to ensure engaging and quality content on LinkedIn. You will manage relationships between third-party media/PR parties and internal resource persons.

What does it take to become a Wordsmith? Well, we need someone with skills in PR writing/creative writing plus corporate communications. We also need someone who is a college graduate and it’s open for both internal candidates plus fresh grads!
