Training Delivery Coordinator
The Training Delivery Coordinator will be an integral part of success with a high-tech partner by identifying and monitoring onsite training programs and identifying areas for strategic impact and innovation. This position will support the Training Operations team and report to a local offsite manager.
Responsibilities / duties
Engage with client onsite 5-days per week (following strict COVID-19 guidelines)
Validate coursework is completed by assigned trainees and tracked via the Learning Management System (LMS)
Monitor training instructors for not only accountability but also tracking to LMS
Thorough knowledge of training programs, plan and integration with LMS to track, monitor and report
Actively provide real-time feedback to increase engagement and impact
Skills / abilities
Strong willingness to engage cross-functionally (including Stakeholders such as Operations Leads, Dispatchers, etc)
Ability to make sound decisions based on available knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including emotional intelligence
Thorough understanding of training processes
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a focus on program management
Skill in evaluating and prioritizing implications, risks, feasibility, and consequences of potential activities.
Education / experience:
At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required
Preferred college degree
