Our CX Consulting engagements are fast paced and value-driven. Clients need real change with tangible outcomes that transform their business. As a CX Consultant, your work will be high impact and incredibly transformative.

Your focus will be to:

  • Concurrently manage multiple projects, clients and project teams
  • Own project lifecycle from start to finish and provide an amazing experience for each client
  • Be a primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for your clients to ensure confidence and successful delivery of consulting projects
  • Manage client and project expectations simultaneously for a frictionless project experience
  • Ensure project team stays on track with timelines, milestones, budget and communications. Help to proactively identify, manage and remove roadblocks and escalations
  • Act as an investigator and troubleshoot when process and operational discrepancies arise. Perform detailed checks in sensitive timeframes to ensure accuracy and credibility
  • Handle client communications and updates throughout each project
  • Continue to develop our CX PMO by improving process, tools, procedures, accuracy and outcomes
  • Take a lead role in developing CX Project and CX Business Metrics and Dashboards
  • Coordinate and work closely with internal departments as needed and support CX Consulting resourcing and time and billing activities

To excel in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s, MBA, or MS in business, technical or professional discipline OR equivalent work experience in Project Management role, preferably in a Professional Services environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting role
  • Experience in a client facing role, collaborating with client project teams and project leaders
  • Experience with Data and Reporting Metrics as related to Professional Services operations
  • Familiarity with Contact Centers, Customer Support and Customer Experience related technologies a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to be on-site with clients
  • Bonus: Process, Quality, Professional Services/Consulting, or Project Management Certifications
