Your role was designed to map requirements, plan solutions, and successfully execute strategies to roll out the next project squarely aimed at turning the industry on its head. You put the “CAN” in “that CAN’’t be done”. Whether it’s setting up facilities that have built-in spas or re-dreaming what the corporate annual review process can be, you are executing initiatives that others are still hoping to dream of. Your success is gauged not on hours worked, but on the success/failure of your project launch. You sometimes work long days, odd hours, and travel between various TaskUs sites. However, as you open the doors to the facility you just built and see the team’s face light up as they walk through its indoor park, or receive a hug from the children of the orphanage you built with funds collected from your food/donation project - it is instantly worth it.
As a TaskUs Biz-E Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning the project process from start to finish. You strive to provide an amazing experience for each and every team member you work with. You will be held accountable for the overall success or failure of the project. You will perform detailed checks and manage sensitive timeframes to ensure accuracy and credibility. You will handle day-to-day team communication throughout each project. You will coordinate and work closely with internal departments. What else? Well, you will also adapt to the changing priorities and complete deliverables on time with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will also approach all role responsibilities with great confidence, assertiveness and a sense of ownership.
Expect that you will be an evangelist for your projects. You love partnering with people to understand their needs and requirements and come up with creative approaches to make them successful. You care deeply about the overall business and look for ways to add value. You like being part of a team that delivers excellence. You’re entrepreneurial and resourceful. You’re passionate about making the world a better place. You like being held accountable for your own results.
