Sales Learning Experience Leader
What does a Sales Learning Experience Leader really do? Think of yourself as someone who will be responsible for the day-to-day Sales training programs and initiatives across all sites, while achieving a high level of Sales performance, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will establish priorities, standards and performance objectives. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you will handle the Sales Training branch of the Learning and Development Team.
As a Sales Learning Experience Leader, you will lead all the product trainers in Cavite/LBL or CHR site, and other sites if needed. You will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs Sales training department's site wide initiatives and drive campaign specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. You will be the "Training Master" that works in tandem with Operations to create and maintain any necessary Sales materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development. You will pioneer all sales campaign specific training needs and programs in the organization. You will provide Sales campaign specific training that is sufficiently technical but engaging. You will act as the house sales expert, maintain all relevant training materials and documents for all levels of trainees; from new teammates to tenured team leaders. You will ensure that all training provided is aligned with the specific campaign and TaskUs' broader business objectives. You will proactively explore the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop training materials as needed.

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a trainer post, we need someone who has at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Someone who has the ability to support multiple sites and multiple programs. Someone who is amenable to be work in multiple sites if needed. Someone who has at least 5-8 years of working experience as a Sales Training or Sales Training Manager in a call center specializing in Sales Training. Someone with a strong background in Sales Training.
We also need someone who’s excellent in terms of presentations, communication and interpersonal skills. Someone who’s highly creative and dynamic. Someone who must be highly independent and motivated with the commitment to oversee projects to completion and ability to adapt and level any training materials to given audience. Someone who is knowledgeable in Google Applications and MS Office Applications.
