What does the Creatives Supervisor really do? Think of yourself as someone who will supervise the BED Creatives Team’s production and output, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Visualize yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you must take charge of supervising the Creatives team members. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that as part of the BED team, you are expected to make sure that the Creatives team keeps in mind the brand in all executions of their work.
As the Creatives Supervisor, you will be responsible for all creative and design outputs, including but not limited to graphic design, videos, photos, and print/digital layouts. You will be expected to make recommendations on all output quality and strategy for all channels of employer branding, including digital channels and on-ground activations. We need you to have a strong mind and outstanding emotional intelligence to handle a team and execute all the creative requirements on time.
