As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will act as the best Digital Headhunter and Recruitment strategist - with intuitive and intelligent insights - to proactively network and recruit for only-the-best-candidates that fit targeted specifications for our complex roles. You will work closely with Talent Management Recruiters and Hiring Managers - in order to ensure you have a consistent supply of candidates that meet their expectations.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for researching, headhunting, and mining for a network of engaged top talents; nurturing leads in the form of online engagements and relationship building; and using data-driven analytics. You will identify potential talent and engage with them even before job positions are offered – building genuine relationships beforehand. You must know how to navigate recruitment platforms, tools, and technologies in order to maximize them. The more knowledgeable you are in optimizing these tools to connect job seekers with TaskUs, the better digital recruiter you are. After all, being creative in your recruitment strategies is critical to sourcing, attracting and connecting with the best & brightest Talent.
You must be well-versed on the platforms used to look for employment; and consume content like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - to strategize on how to use social media towards reeling in the best candidates - keeping them engaged before making the first contact about our job openings. You are expected to actively play marketing roles in recruitment, including keeping the company career site and online profiles active, publishing relevant information, and participating in the conversations online. You must have a sense of urgency, passion, and drive - to ensure alignment with business and make sure your hiring pools are always on track. It is not enough for you to know how to use these tools, but it is more beneficial that you can inform us how we are doing through data.
In your role, you think digital and have a new approach to doing your recruitment job - an approach that will impact what we do and implement. You are able to embrace mobile marketing and make the most of the mobile revolution - to reach out and access a talent pool of candidates without cold calling him or her.

If you’ve had 2-3 years of previous experience in sourcing, then you just might be the talent we’re looking for. If you’ve had previous knowledge and experience in preparing reports and analysis, then that’s even better! Are you tech-savvy to utilize our recruitment tools: Jobvite, Taleo and similar tools?
