Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will be exporting regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (for example, headcount and attrition reports). As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you will manage and maintain our internal databases.
As a Human Resources Information Systems Advocate, you will perform various reporting and data processing tasks. You will keep employee records in digital formats and educating users on how to use our HR systems. You will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR software. You will process employee data like personal information, benefits, movements, and more. You will export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (for example, headcount and attrition reports). You will gather payroll data like wages for new hires. You will update employee records with new hire information. You will report technical issues and develop data processing guidelines. You will also suggest process improvement initiatives. Lastly, you will ensure compliance with the National Privacy Commission and other data protection regulations.

Well since this is a Human Resources Informations Systems Advocate post, we need someone who has experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software. We also need someone who has work experience as a Human Resources Information Systems Associate or similar role. Someone with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Someone who is also keen to details. If you’re someone who has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field then you’re what we need. A diploma in Human Resources is a plus!
