So what does a First Impression Ambassador really do? Think of yourself as the first person that anyone entering the TaskUs office will encounter, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a good first impression for TaskUs. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that being the “face” of the company for all the visitors that include clients, partners, and vendors, you know that you will be responsible for the first impression that we make.
As a First Impression Ambassador, you will welcome and greet candidates, executives, clients, and vendors. You will keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials. You will receive letters, invoices, mail and reroute them to the proper department. You will take up other duties as assigned that concerns clients, applicants, and vendors.
So, do you what it takes to become a First Impression Ambassador?
So what exactly are we looking for? Well, we need someone who has work experience in events and logistics. What else? Have experience in the hospitality industry? You’re perfect!
We also need strong communication and people skills. We also need someone who has good organizational and multitasking abilities. We’re also looking for someone with customer service orientation.
