Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: partner with functional HR process owners to implement proactive employee retention strategies. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that your job entails your responsibility in terms of timekeeping, benefits administration, oracle data and systems management, 201 file/ employee data management, vendor management, statutory benefits administration, reporting and data administration, guidance to the compensation & benefits team.
As the Benefits Administration Advocate, you will also roll out initiatives, provide support as well as assistance to operations and other support functions. You will participate in New Employee Orientation activities as subject matter expert. You will administer all employee benefits for employees in the designated area of the business. You will performs other job related assignments that may be assigned from time to time. You will liaise with government agencies on benefits processing and you will also handle benefits inquiries.
So, do you have what it takes to become a Benefits Administration Advocate?
So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is an HR role, we need someone who is a graduate of Human Resource Management, any math course, or other related courses. Have at least 2 years experience in a BPO setting? Even better!
We need someone who’s amenable in rotating schedules, someone who has strong analytical skills, and can work independently. Do you have a background to different policies with regard to benefits processing of government agencies? Great! We definitely need you! Also have extensive skills and knowledge when it comes MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel? You’re what we need!
