As a Community Lead, you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs for our Community Ambassadors and will provide administrative support across the organization while supporting and leading your team. They will have great leadership skills in order to oversee the office management tasks and a small team of 2+ Community Ambassadors. They will assign work, provide direction and ensure tasks are completed, as well as monitoring the performance of their team and providing feedback and performance evaluations. The Community Lead would manage the external vendor relationship with regards to the site and employee participation. They will be responsible for a variety of financial records such as petty cash fund, purchase orders, and check requisitions, while providing input into budget formulations. They will maintain our client and program information using spreadsheets or database software.

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a Community Lead we need someone with at least 3+ years of administrative and/or hospitality experience. What else? We also need someone with a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Now let’s get technical. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, patient, and flexible. We ideally want someone with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of the Google Suite would be a plus. Our Community Lead would need flexible availability as well since their team works around the clock.
