People Advocate

So what does a People Advocate really do? Think of yourself as the primary person who will be incharge of taking care of the employees, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be incharge of Employee or Labor Relations.
As a People Advocate, you will do NTE review and validation, you will conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing, and you will do the recommendation for the decision. With this, you must ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct. You will also handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy. You will handle performance management and employee engagement. Under this, you must improve, propose, and implement employee engagement activities. You will also act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns.

Requirements:
So what is exactly needed for this position? Well, since is this is a generalist position, you need at least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level). With this, you must have experience in performance management.
We need someone who has a strong background in employee/labor relations. We need someone who has strong analytical skills. Someone who can work independently and someone who’s willing to work on night shift or rotating schedule.
