Financial Analyst - Facilities Management really do? Think of yourself as someone who’ll do day to day generation of reports (i.e. budgets, invoices, forecasts, simulations, analysis, pricing), so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will report the design, do the creation, the population and the dissemination.   

As the Financial Analyst - Facilities Management,  you will do day to day push of results to various stakeholders (i.e. department heads, client services, operating leaders). You will drive the implementation of initiatives, strategies and policies to ensure attainment of goals. You will drive continuous improvement by tweaking processes, leveraging others, eliminating wastage, automating reports, etc.

So, do you have what it takes to become a Financial Analyst - Facilities Management?

Requirements:

So what exactly are we looking for? We want someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree (although not required! But it’s an advantage!). We also need someone with experience in invoice and billing analysis. Someone with very good excel skills, someone who’s an excellent communicator, both verbal and written. We also need someone who shows enthusiasm.

What else? We need someone who has at least 2 years’ work experience in large capacity office setting. We need someone with a pleasant disposition and a positive outlook. He/She would've shown ethical decision making throughout his school stint and career.
