Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that the Human Resource department makes sure that talent and cultural needs of the organization are met. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that as the Human Resource Director, you will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource functions.
You will oversee all aspects of human resources processes including employee relations, performance management, training and development, succession planning, organizational change, employee disciplinary actions, and ensuring legal labor compliance. You will also resolve employee relations issues, manage the annual performance appraisal process, implement employee engagement activities, manage the relationships among various departments and the whole leadership team.
You will also create, review company policies, procedures, and benefits. You also have to ensure their implementation as well as provide guidance on proper interpretation/application of HR policies. You need to ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coach operations on resolving organizational needs. You will be the strategic partner to lead department heads on Human Resources best practices. Lastly, you must be able to coach, mentor, and develop HR leaders on best practices and people management

Requirements
So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is a Sr. Director role you need to have at least 8 years of experience working as an HR leader over multiple sites in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry..
What else? We also need someone who has a vast knowledge of employment law and ongoing trends and updates. We also need someone who has a thorough understanding of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices.
