So what does an Operations Manager (CSAT) really do? Think of yourself as a leader, a specialist, and a generalist all in one. As a leader, you will calibrate with clients and collaborate with peers setting realistic goals for increased customer satisfaction and setting the way forward through process improvement and innovative techniques to elevate the customer experience. As a specialist, you will extract reports regularly and provide intelligent analysis regarding trends, drivers, and process gaps. You will share this knowledge with other relevant departments, formulating and proposing programs to drive continuous improvement keeping processes operating at optimal levels. Finally, as a generalist, your unique focus and expertise on CSAT will have general applications to every other key performance indicator managed on the production floor. You will provide invaluable insight meant to create versatile and high-performing teams.

Requirements:

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is an Operations Manager post, we’d need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves a manager! In other words, someone who has at least three years of related working experience, preferably someone who already knows how the system works -- specializing in customer experience operations and management.

We need someone who’s responsible and has a good track record of meeting and delivering targets. Someone who can articulate him/herself well enough with others, like teammates and clients.

We need someone who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can lead and is great at analyzing situations and data.
