Requirements:

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is an identity access management associate role we need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves one. So definitely someone with experience in being one. Someone who has at least a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience with Identity and Access Management software/solutions is needed. What else? We need someone with the following knowledge: basic knowledge with different IT Infrastructure segment (Ex: Network, Database, middleware and Windows), basic knowledge and experience in active directory, basic knowledge of Information Security, basic knowledge about different Information Technology terminology and strong knowledge in MS Excel and Google sheets.

 

We also need someone with the ability to complete high volume of service request and incident ticket efficiently. Someone who has had hands on experience or theoretical knowledge with Enterprise Ticketing system (Ex: Remedy, Service Now and SD Manage Engine). Someone who can work effectively and efficiently under pressure. Someone who has a ridiculously positive attitude, has strong communication skills, and has the ability to travel up to 40% domestic. Fresh grads are welcome to try out this position!
















Identity and Access Management Analyst  

So what does an Identity and Access Management Analyst really do? Think of yourself as someone  

who will run and administer Identity and Access programs, so not just anyone is qualified for this role.

what it’s like being an Identity and Access Management Analyst.  

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will fulfill user access requests  

within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) with a primary focus on quality and accuracy.  

As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you will  

identify gaps in current technology processes and recommend improvements.  

As an Identity and Access Management Analyst, you will contribute in IAM onboarding and  

offboarding processes. You will document requirements to optimize monitoring and automation  

capabilities. You will influence feature design, architecture, standards & processes to ensure Security,  

Performance, Operability and Scale.

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is an analyst role we need someone who already has the  

skills to even call themselves one. So we need someone who has a Bachelor’s degree in Information  

Technology with a concentration on Information Security. We also want somebody who has at least 2  

years of experience with architecture, design and implementation of IAM solutions. What else? Oh, a  

minimum of 2 years experience with Identity and Access Management software/solutions is also  

needed.  

What other experience is needed for this? We need someone who has experience in integrating  

security and IAM products with common identity stores (SSO, Active Directory, relational databases,  

application servers, virtual directory servers, and physical access management systems.). We also need  






someone who is a visionary and strategic thinker able to gather requirements and translating those to  

solutions.
