What does a Digital Watchman really do? Think of yourself as someone who will set up emails alerts and you will be notified as it happens, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Digital Watchman.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will report verified results within 24 hours. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you will escalate verified results as they come to Legal, InfoSec, and if applicable, the concerned department or site lead.

As a Digital Watchman, you will roll up to BED under the Digital team. Upon the verification of results, you will look into possible removal of the post. The removal of results may vary depending on channel or platform. You will do weekly manual searches to make sure we do not miss out results. You will also do a weekly and monthly summary report. You will ensure the relevance of keywords through a quarterly reevaluation of keywords alongside Legal, InfoSec, and BD. You will also assist BED in brand and competitor monitoring. You will prepare competitor queries and report monthly results.

What exactly are we looking for? Well, we need someone who’s willing to work on cyclical schedules.  We’re looking for someone who has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Someone who’s computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications. We also need someone who’s resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details will be a great addition to the team.

If you’re someone who’s self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams, is flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes, and can work under pressure -- then TaskUs is for you.
