Commercial Bid Manager
So what does a Commercial Bid Manager really do? Think of yourself as the primary content creator and quality control specialist of all client-facing materials in the form of proposals, case studies, presentation decks, website content, and other similar deliverables – all focused on conveying and selling the capabilities and services of TaskUs. We make sure we get the best of the best. After all, we are a ridiculously good company, ensuring that every employee we hire is top-notch. Now, we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Commercial Bid Manager.
Imagine yourself starting each day with one thing on your mind: spearheading the collection and coordination of data and performance elements from the company’s various departmental leads and campaigns to artfully craft clear, convincing, and concise written content that will be viewed by some of the biggest, most disruptive global brands. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: Collaborating with widely distributed technical and subject matter experts to directly address the trends, pain points, and specific asks of prospective clients and prospects through TaskUs’ various service capabilities, people-first culture, industry-leading performance metrics, unique value propositions, and differentiators that put us ahead of the competition.
As a Commercial Bid Manager, you will provide primarily technical writing, editing, and proofreading services inclusive of graphical exhibits. You will collaborate with TaskUs’ various subject matter experts, especially our Sales and Client Services teams, to create concise, tailor-fit written solutions that will showcase to the key decision-makers of our target prospects that TaskUs has the expertise, agility, and proven track record to deliver world-class solutions. You will create and maintain various content libraries, including the distribution of all internal and external proposals, presentations, and website documents to TaskUs’ various internal teams and strategic partners. You will maintain configuration control of all current and archived proposal files, forms, graphics, drafts, reviewers-comments, and management approvals. Lastly, you will review both client-issued and proactive proposal documents to ensure sections comply with specific requirements, containing win strategies, win themes, and additional value-added content – all aimed at explaining, selling, and promoting the TaskUs brand.
