So what does a Client Analyst really do? Think of yourself as the person responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that all the objectives should be met and that the solution works as expected. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to these key priorities: that the solution you proposed should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems.
As a Client Analyst, you will conduct audit per agent on a daily basis and also submit End of Shift Reports. You will also attend the Weekly Business Review with Campaign TL/OM/Client and also hold calibration sessions with the assigned team/campaign. You will conduct side by side monitoring and perform feedback sessions with teammates and team leaders. You will submit weekly and monthly quality reports, identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate quality issues immediately to management. You will isolate and report defects as well as verify defect fixes. You will also be assigned other duties and responsibilities which may include helping others in the same or different departments, may be assigned by supervision.

We need someone who has strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. We need someone with the ability to design, write, test and document efficient testing solutions to meet customer needs.
What else? Well, we need someone who has the ability to change process execution during product line testing and has the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Someone who has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team–oriented work environment.We need someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills.
We also need someone who has keen attention to detail and has the ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative and good judgment. We need someone who has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals. We need someone who has the ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner. We also need someone with the ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
