General Accountability:
Reporting to the Drilling Superintendent, the Cuttings Area Coordinator will provide oversight and management of the day-to-day activities of the cuttings area.  The cuttings area will be used to stack and temporarily store for drying drill cuttings from the commercial wellfield and monitoring well drilling efforts. The Cuttings Area Coordinator will be responsible for the direct oversight of operations in the cuttings area, including stacking of materials by the waste management and drilling contractors, active drying operations, stacking dried material on-site, and hauling material off-site.  The Cuttings Area Coordinator role is expected to be primarily a Monday-Friday dayshift position but will require some modified shifts and some on-call responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities:
•    Oversight and direction for contractors stacking material.
•    Ensuring different material types remain unmixed during drying and disposal activities. 
•    Coordination with a waste contractor for efficiently hauling material to final disposal areas.
•    Support the drying process by managing equipment operators and operating equipment when necessary.  
•    Coordinate with the technical team and waste management contractor to ensure that all testing of materials is being completed as required by site standards, permits, regulations, and receiving entity requirements. 
•    Track, document, and report waste volumes in accordance with all site, permit, regulatory, and receiving entity requirements.
•    Oversight and reporting of daily contractor activities. 
•    Daily reporting to the wellfield management team. 
•    Conduct all work in accordance with all health and safety requirements.   
Experience: 
•    Minimum of 5 years contractor management experience.
•    Experience with operating heavy equipment, including backhoes, graders, loaders, and bulldozers. 
•    Experience with waste management protocols including preparation of manifests and waste profiles.  
•    Computer skills – strong computer literacy skills.
