POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an ERP Analyst, you will lead the development, design, documentation, maintenance, evaluation, support, and problem resolution of our enterprise suite of applications. You will also train and assist users from departments across the organization. Prior experience with Infor LN and Microsoft’s suite of Power Platform apps (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing business processes/requirements and translating them into functional specifications for ERP systems.
- Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying solutions that optimize business performance and efficiency.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and resolving any issues or problems that arise.
- Training and assisting users on how to use enterprise applications effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating ERP systems to ensure they are secure, reliable and up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise application projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and outside technical consultants to discuss issues, coordinate activities, resolve problems, and conduct the optimization of the Infor suite of applications.
- Assists leadership with project budgeting, cost benefit analysis, and return on investment for all company-wide enterprise information systems projects, modifications, and enhancements.
- Tests, troubleshoots, and resolves issues with reporting outputs and mechanisms.
- Performs technical adjustments to enterprise application components and coordinates knowledge-sharing sessions with technical support vendors and consultants.
- Develops procedures, forms, and other organizational tools to implement and manage efficient workflows used in the Enterprise Applications department.
- Any additional duties as assigned by TAS.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in MIS, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting) plus three (3) years of ERP-related experience or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described, with coursework in accounting, computer science, management information systems or a related field.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Ability to manage the creation and maintenance of product development documentation.
- Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information.
- Willingness to train technical and non-technical staff.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical experience supporting Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise applications, such as LN ERP, Birst, and Factory Track.
- Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.
- A proven resource in developing system requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects.
- Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for business intelligence.
- Experience managing development or support requests using IT help desk software.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft’s suite of Power Platform apps (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Position is at least 80% to 95% at a desk working with computer. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Performs other physical activities including use of fingers, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision necessary to prepare and analyze data and figures, operate a computer terminal, and conduct extensive reading. The incumbent will be subject to inside environmental conditions.
