Position Purpose 
Project Delivery Lead is central in delivering world-class experiences by leading the execution of projects within a defined portfolio. Reporting into the Capability and working in close partnership with their VP, Project Delivery, the role is responsible for translating creative vision into operational reality— driving day-to-day project execution while owning scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role implements the Conductor’s strategic vision for their market project portfolio, delivering Moments that Move People, while fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.
 
Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities 
Portfolio Collaboration: This role partners closely with the VP, Project Delivery, who owns a strategic customer portfolio within an assigned Market. The Project Delivery Lead is assigned projects within that portfolio and holds full accountability for defining and directing the overall project strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, customer priorities, and market opportunities.
 
  • Customer Scoping & Development: Build and refine scopes of work within assigned customer portfolio, with emphasis on:
    • Seamless project delivery and execution.
    • Strategic focus on commercial success, including budget management, margin optimization, and revenue growth.
    • Efficient resourcing and capacity planning facilitating collaboration across Capabilities.
    • Build customer trust and relationships.
    • High level involvement and oversight through the life of a project.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data management within Salesforce.
    • Participate in strategic discussions on new project opportunities, evaluating feasibility and organizational capacity to deliver successfully.

 

  • Project Oversight: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects within the portfolio as a coordinated effort, ensuring cross-project cohesion and alignment.

 

  • Resource Management: Assign resources to projects in coordination with the VP, Project Delivery & Lead leadership team with collaboration and resource sharing as needed. Collaborate with Competency leadership to staffing needs across all assigned projects. 

 

  • Customer Management: With direction from the VP, Project Delivery, set competitive commercial strategies and collaborate with Project Leads to ensure profitable project delivery.

 

  • Account Management: In collaboration with the VP, Project Delivery, oversee customer relationships—advocating for the customer within the business while ensuring alignment of objectives, creative vision, and project delivery.

 

  • Process & Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the VP, Project Delivery to ensure challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively ensure consistency in processes, scheduling, and quality standards across all projects.

 

  • Escalation Leadership: Serve as the escalation point for Project Leads, providing guidance, resolution, and executive-level decision support.

 

  • People Management / Leadership Responsibilities: Supervise and provide directional oversight to the matrixed team assigned to the portfolio—across all Capabilities, while coordinating closely with their Competency managers to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration.

 

Qualifications

  • 10 + years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live  events, construction management, or other relevant field. OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management,
  • Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus 8+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management
