Manage multiple jobs sites.
Manage multiple crews.
Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
Daily updates upon job site inspections.
Change orders and “up selling”.
Experience & Skills:
Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
Experience with residential construction projects.
Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers).
Knowledge of grading and drainage.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Must be customer service oriented.
Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
A background check will be conducted for this position.
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
