Recruitment Operations Associate

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get into Recruitment Operations, also known as RecOps, and build skills across recruitment systems, data, process improvement and AI-enabled ways of working.
This is not just an admin role. You will help keep recruitment moving, support candidates and hiring managers, maintain accurate data, improve processes and learn how technology can make hiring smarter, faster and better organised.
You will be involved in:
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and candidate communications
- Setting up and maintaining job requisitions in our recruitment systems
- Keeping recruitment data accurate across systems such as our ATS and Workday
- Tracking hiring activity, pipelines and progress
- Supporting recruitment reporting and insight
- Helping improve processes, reduce manual work and improve candidate experience
- Supporting pre-boarding and onboarding handovers
- Getting involved in projects linked to systems, automation, data quality and AI
- This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and curious. You might have experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, coordination, operations or data, but this is not essential.
- What matters most is that you are proactive, confident using systems, good with detail and keen to learn.
