We are currently looking to hire a full time Billing & Licensing Coordinator. The Billing  & Licensing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations throughout SYSPRO and all related departments.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BILLING & LICENSING COORDINATOR:

Set-up, processing and billing of all new business orders, add-on’s, upgrades, client services, registration request, and shipping of orders including media and marketing materials

Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; as well as obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.  Supports licensing requirements from ISV suppliers.

Support internal functions by assisting with order fulfilment, requesting, and supplying customer registration numbers, processing license amendments, mail fulfilment and effectively addressing and resolving all customer account inquires

Provide internal administrative support across all departments, manages CRM and the Licensing and billing department Inbox for customer email requests, replies to general information requests with accurate information and/or directs email/phone inquiries to appropriate staff members for quick resolutions

Follow up and follows through any internal or external inquiries to completion, requests feedback for improvements, and greets customers/employee/visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain accurate data in organizational systems (SYSPRO and CRM) for reporting purposes

Managing annual license fee renewals, reseller margins, price list updates.

Assist in Accounts Receivable, invoicing and posting of customer payments, as well as providing assistance with collections and reporting.

Assists reception of duties for any out of office commitments

 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School certificate or equivalent, associates or bachelors degree preferred

2 years of experience working in an office supportive role with sales order entry responsibilities

CRM Knowledge and experience

Customer payment postings and collections

Analytical skills

Data entry

Proficient at keyboard entry; prior experience entering orders while on the phone

High degree of mathematical competence

Good attention to detail, organized

Strong literacy, good interpersonal skills

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

 

5% of the time as it relates to SYSPRO conference or specific requirements for department
