We are currently looking to hire a full time Sales Enablement Coordinator. The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for enabling the sales teams. Provide important process improvement recommendations based on data, onboarding and sales-focused training, and administration of CRM systems for proper reporting and sales funnel refinement.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES ENABLEMENT COORDINATOR):

Lead the sales operations function focused on CRM process development, sales intelligence strategy, and data-driven decision-making based on analysis of structured and unstructured data to help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness

Improve inbound lead quality through consistent and measured performance of leads through the sales funnel

Qualify and convert MQL (marketing qualified leads) to SQL (sales qualified leads) for the sales teams to further qualify and move to SQL

Proactively search for areas of improvement; provide alternatives for improvement with cost and benefit analysis; and work with cross-functional teams to improve sales and marketing performance

Develop training programs for sales resources to improve team effectiveness and work closely with the marketing, sales, and channel organizations to adopt best practices for B2B technology

Create and maintain key metrics and performance KPIs associated with team performance and provide necessary automated reporting on pipeline and forecast

Complete ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and CRM input as needed to keep processes in check

Build and cultivate relationships to plan coverage models and CRM changes that keep sales funnel optimization and alignment top of mind

Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales

Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead

Research prospects to prioritize and qualify

 

 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s Degree

Previous cold calling experience, Business development, sales development related position

3-5 years experience working in business, communications or related field with an understanding of ERP software; B2B Software, and manufacturing and distribution is a plus

Highly customer oriented and organized, with a strong attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication

Ability of qualifying and converting marketing qualified leads to sales accepted leads for the sales team to further qualify and move to sales qualified lead

 

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

 

5% of the time as necessary to support prospect/customer expectations or as it relates to SYSPRO conference or specific requirements for Sales
