This Position

We are seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a book of US accounts for our compliance and cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will drive revenue through full-cycle sales, winning new business while expanding existing accounts. You will sell PCI DSS compliance services, the Asgard platform, and managed security solutions to US merchants, payment providers, and strategic partners. This role requires a consultative sales approach combined with strong account management to ensure customer success and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Sales & New Business Development

  • Execute complete sales cycles for assigned US accounts: prospect, qualify, conduct product demos (in collaboration with sales engineering), scope engagements, and close deals
  • Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce with regular activity tracking and forecast updates
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market through strategic prospecting and outreach

Account Growth & Expansion

  • Grow existing accounts through strategic renewals, retention and cross-selling of managed security services and additional compliance offerings
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive expansion opportunities and referrals
  • Conduct regular account reviews and QBRs to assess customer needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell potential
  • Partner effectively with our QSA (Qualified Security Assessor), assessment, and customer success teams to ensure customers remain compliant and committed to renewals

Customer Management & Operations

  • Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in Salesforce to track all communications and interactions
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and customer success teams to support customer objectives
  • Document all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce to maintain visibility and accountability
  • Support overall account management processes and customer experience objectives

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of US-facing B2B technology or cybersecurity sales experience
  • Proven track record of running full-cycle sales and closing deals in technology or security solutions
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and related technical domains
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales productivity tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Professional demeanor and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct sales experience with compliance platforms, managed security, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with merchants, payment providers, or financial services organizations
  • Background conducting QBRs and managing account expansion strategies
