This Position

·    You will project manage the delivery of our products and services to our clients ensuring we deliver on time, within scope and quality objectives.

·    You will support the maintenance of the delivery plan/master schedule of deliverables ensuring delivery of projects based on business priorities.

·    You will understand and manage issues, risks and dependencies for your projects/workstreams.

·    You will effectively communicate progress against plan to all impacted stakeholders for the projects or workstreams.

·    You will project manage projects/workstreams from both a technical and business readiness perspective. 

Responsibilities 

The role involves the following key areas of responsibility:

·    Project manage projects or project workstreams allocated to you according to time, budget, quality parameters established.

·    Work with PMO management and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues and any variances.

·    Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with key business stakeholders, team members and external stakeholders (clients & vendors).

·    Work closely with cross functional teams from mobilisation through to release planning & production deployment.

·    Updating and maintain relevant project management documentation.

·    Establishment and continuous monitoring of a risks and issue log.

·    Facilitate meetings necessary to keep the wheels turning.

·    Ensuring Jira & Confluence are kept up to date with the release management cycle.

·    Complete any tasks allocated in order to move the project/workstream forward.

·      You’ve got great Jira/Confluence skills and you use them to help keep teams aligned to the goal

Role Specific Skills

·    PMP, Scrum Master or other PM Certification.

·    Great Jira & Confluence experience is a must.

·    Experience of working in a SDLC – waterfall, scrum, agile.

·    Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a must.
