Position Description:
SynQor is seeking a full-time soldering operator on 1st shift (M-F, 6am-2:30pm) who will be responsible for installing and soldering thru-hole components in a high mix environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Follow assembly drawings and process instructions to solder thru-hole components in correct orientation on electronic assemblies.
  • Work with fellow coworkers to meet production demands.
  • Report product irregularities and/or improvements directly to supervisor.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 guidelines. Some training provided.
  • Previous experience within electronic manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Previous thru-hole and/or surface mount soldering experience.
 
Required Skills:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to read English.
  • Able to meet IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn.
