As a Swift technician, you will be working on late model trucks and top-of-the line equipment. You’ll constantly build your skills through working on a diverse fleet of equipment, comprised of tractors and trailers from virtually all of the major equipment manufacturers. Whether you are experienced mechanic, a technical school graduate fresh from school, or you’re just looking to get your foot in the door of a new career, Swift has the position for you! Shop Support

Our maintenance fleet works like a well-oiled machine and needs individuals like you to keep it moving forward! Potential employees have many opportunities out our shop that assist in its functions. From helping mechanics find the appropriate parts necessary for equipment as a Parts Assistant to working as a liaison between our mechanics and our drivers as a Service Planner, Swift is the right choice for your next career!

Shop Leadership

Every well-oiled machine, it needs an experienced and knowledgeable operator to reach its full potential. YOU could be that operator in one of our shop leadership roles. From positions that lead our various departments within the shop (including Parts, Tractor, Trailer, etc.) to service leaders of the entire shop, Swift is looking for individuals ready to lead our maintenance department to the next gear!
