What You'll Do

As a Parts Assistant, you'll support inventory and parts operations by:

• Managing inventory levels and monitoring high-volume and obsolete parts
• Purchasing parts and supplies through approved vendors
• Processing warranties, returns, and vendor communications
• Tracking shortages, overages, and pricing discrepancies
• Maintaining organized inventory records and storage areas
• Collaborating with maintenance teams, vendors, and management
• Providing backup support for Parts Coordinators and Parts Managers when needed

Required Qualifications

✔ Valid Driver's License
✔ Ability to Pass a Comprehensive Background Check
✔ Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Hair Follicle Drug Screen
