- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- AA preferred.
- Must be able to work with highly confidential information.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.

- Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must be able to interact with others.
Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 Hourly-
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record.

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide support to all departments in the organization by sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail. Manage and complete print requests such as pay statements and/or custom employee communications, etc.
- Process payroll approved pay statements and on-demand checks according to schedule provided by accounting/payroll leadership.
- Print and mail out custom employee communications.
- Effectively manage all print requests.
- Operate and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Sort incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Deliver and pick up mail at designated mail stations at scheduled times; ensure timely pick up for outgoing mail.
- Research improperly addressed mail to determine receiver.
- Create mailing labels for outgoing letters and packages; apply proper postage to packages and have ready for appropriate form of deliver (i.e. courier pick up, overnight delivery, etc.).
- Fill supply requests as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers; communicate clearly in person, through email and via telephone.
- Help maintain an organized, clean and safe environment in the mail room.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective.
