Job Responsibilities: What you will do
To receive, evaluate and process all loading/unloading invoices. Keep current contracts with unloading company. Assist in providing appropriate and necessary information to the billing department. Provide administrative support to credit, cash application and billing departments.
- Receive, evaluate and process all loading and unloading invoices.
- Maintaining current contracts with unloading companies. Review contract pricing in regard to current standards.
- Provides administration support to the Credit department (prepay processing, credit application retention, basic new account data entry).
- Handle calls related to lumpers and spotting companies and discrepancies in payment.
- Assisting sales with current data for future pricing with regard to unloading.
- Achieves work objectives by gathering pertinent data, identifying and evaluating options and choosing a course of action.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and data.
- Supports all personnel by being courteous and respectful when identifying and resolving problems.
- Assists employees on how to promote good relations with internal and external customers by coaching and support to find the best solution to problems.
- Assist cash application with CB's, scanning and filing.
- Support leadership by identifying potential problems, working toward solutions, accepting added duties and or responsibilities as needed.
- Other assignment and projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 1-2 years customer service or basic office experience.
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and supervisory skills, intermediate experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and AS400. Self-motivated, organized, resourceful and team player. Independent problem-solver with the ability to handle critical issues with complete follow-through.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.00 Hourly
