Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Create a welcoming atmosphere and rapport with prospects. Recruit, screen, interview and select qualified applicants to Driver Academies.

  • Interview, and screen applicants to Driver Academies ensuring all entrance requirements are completed and satisfied.
  • Communicate required documentation for Financial Aid purposes and adhere to established scripts.
  • Interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application from all prospective students.
  • Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
  • Follow Mandatory Admissions Accreditation rules and regulations.
  • Enter data into system, ensuring all forms and procedures have been completed.
  • Provide prospective students with available company and/or community resources that can assist them throughout the training program.
  • May take or make calls and/or set appointments based on department work load volume.
  • May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 1-2 years' sales experience required.
  • Previous experience as admissions representative preferred.
  • Knowledge of trucking or transportation industry preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail orientated.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must possess exceptional listening skills and be able to adapt responses to what was heard.
