Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Manage and coordinate 3rd party carrier movement of Logistic trailers to ensure costs are minimized, trailers are appropriately accounted for and optimal use.

  • Provide daily work direction to ensure coordination and completion of day-to-day activities.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and establish goals/metrics that align with overall corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate actions to ensure misuse of trailers by 3rd party carriers will be handled appropriately.
  • Monitor the efficient usage of trailers through the use of various trailer reports and maintain trailer system metrics that directly tie to corporate objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of trailer-related data to maximize effectiveness of processes and systems.
  • Proactively seek solutions that meet our customers' needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 3+ years' experience in transportation required.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalents combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Must be flexible and able to work on multiple quotes simultaneously.


Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual
