Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Process application and associated paperwork necessary to contract new owner operator drivers in a timely manner.
- Establish the driver qualification file, review application/supporting documents, and perform necessary follow up to ensure completeness and compliance with Federal, State, and Swift requirements.
- Pull reports for additional information such as DAC, MVR, and Background checks.
- Perform past employment verifications to ensure they meet our contracting standards and schooling standards.
- Schedule physicals, drug screens, and road tests to ensure drivers meet qualifications, follow the proper protocols for denials and fails while working with other departments to gather more information as needed.
- Prepare driver file for audit team. Audit files to ensure driver files are in compliance with DOT and Swift guidelines. Ensure correction files are submitted in a timely manner.
- Monitor file errors to determine cause and assist department with continuous improvement to minimize future errors.
- Perform necessary AS400 work to setup a new owner operator in the Swift system.
- Communicate regulary with applicants, Owner Operator recruiters, and audit compliance representatives regarding current issues of importance, information updating, etc. while acting in a courteous and respectable manner.
- Generate and enter insurance documents and charges.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- Two years administrative/office experience.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of DOT regulations, state specific regulations, and contractual language a plus.
