Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Enroll new devices used by company drivers and provide training to drivers and/or driver leaders to ensure the proper use of mobile devices and features.

  • Enroll new devices into the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and configure device settings, security controls, profiles, and policies according to organizational standards.
  • Continuously monitor device status, device location and usage patterns to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Ensure that all devices have the necessary licenses for the MDM software and other applications.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, including password requirements, encryption, and access controls.
  • Manage and schedule and deploy updates for all devices to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
  • Respond to security incidents involving mobile devices, including lost or stolen devices. Perform remote lock and wipe actions if necessary.
  • Configure and manage application settings and permissions to ensure they meet organizational standards.
  • Resolve issues related to application performance and compatibility on mobile devices.
  • Provide technical support to end-users experiencing connectivity issues and/or performance issues and/or application issues with their mobile devices.
  • Develop and provide training materials and documentation for end-users on the proper use of mobile devices and MDM features.
  • Monitor and review activity logs to identify trends, potential issues, and compliance violations.
  • Generate reports on device usage, application usage, and compliance with security policies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure devices are operating efficiently and meeting organizational needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, processes, and policies related to mobile device management.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2+ years related experience required.
  • Previous experience in transportation required.
  • Previous experience with system security and/or encryption preferred.
  • Previous experience within Infinium/AS-400 preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Must be familiar with mobile device management processes.
  • Must have excellent documentation skills.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Must have excellent project management skills and be knowledgeable of project planning and control disciplines.


Pay Range: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 Annual
