Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Ensure Driver files are accurate, completed, and processed in a timely manner.

  • Review Driver file to ensure compliance with Swift/DOT standards. Verify Drivers have three to five years professional driving history and three years clear drug and alcohol history.
  • Communicate regularly with Driver applicants, Driver Recruiters, Safety Compliance Assistants, and truck driving school representatives regarding current issues of importance while always acting in a courteous and respectable manner. Transfer incoming calls and assist drivers when they come into the office as necessary.
  • Document all items of significance appropriately within the Driver file.
  • Schedule newly hired Drivers for orientation and order bus tickets as necessary.
  • May provide training and assign files as directed by leader.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • General office experience preferred  
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient with Lotus Notes; strong organizational skills; highly detail oriented; ability to multitask.
