Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Perform analytical activities to support Treasury department.
- Identify variances and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Track cash flow trends and look for patterns. Provide leadership with findings and provide recommended solutions.
- Monitor and manage the company's risk, debt, covenant compliance, interest expense, bank fees, investments, and liquidity.
- Prepare routine reports (Cash reporting, AR Securitization, Banking, Investments, Borrowing-base, & notices, etc.) for lenders, accounting team, executives, VPs, and others.
- Refine and update technical and business skills through work assignments and advanced technical and business training.
- Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and skills abilities.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of treasury operations in order to meet company goals and expectations.
- Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 2+ years of business and/or financial and/or treasury analysis experience required.
- Bachelors in finance or accounting or equivalent experience required.
- Must have a strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and able to present data in a succinct and understandable format.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be results oriented.
- Must be able to handle changing priorities.
- Must be able to plan and organize.
- Must be able to interact will multiple levels leadership.
- Must possess good collaboration skills.
- Must be details oriented.
Pay Range: $53,325.00 - $76,975.00 Annual
