What You'll Do
As a Service Planner, you'll serve as the central point of communication between technicians, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure equipment repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate repair schedules and shop workflow
- Review and process maintenance work orders
- Partner with drivers, customer service, and shop personnel to provide repair status updates
- Prioritize daily repairs and assign work to technicians
- Coordinate warranty repairs and vendor services
- Manage shop repair logs and documentation
- Support roadside repair coordination within a 75-mile radius
- Collaborate with Parts and Maintenance teams to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drivers and Owner Operators
What You Bring
- At least one year of service planning, maintenance coordination, service writing, warranty, technician, or related experience
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty equipment or transportation maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License
