Position at Swift Transportation

Compensation: $20-$23 depending on experience and qualifications 

Schedule: Weekdays/weekends , Nights. 

Wednesday 3pm-12pm

Thursday 5pm-5am

Friday 5pm-5am

Saturday 5pm-5am

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Resolve immediate concerns related to driver and/or customer issues for loads in transit.

  • Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issue.
  • Monitor loads and resolve issues that may affect the scheduled delivery/pickup times. Proactively inform customer accounts and/or customer of changes.
  • Resolve driver issues within authorized limits.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • Previous driving experience or customer service experience required.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in high pressure situations.
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be detail-orientated.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
