Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers as the first point of contact for all confidential pay related questions and provide support to all employees; interpret and respond to pay related questions and conduct research and adjust pay as necessary. Communicate and provide training regarding payroll processes.
- Provide superior service to internal and external customers, both verbally and written using departmental set standard for quality, calls taken, answer times, and hold times. Respond to payroll related inquiries; answer inbound calls and draft and send email and Qualcomm messages.
- Research issues resulting from both written and verbal inquiries utilizing multiple resources and systems; make necessary adjustments following established procedures.
- Regularly provide support to other department personnel and additional payroll functions to meet deadlines; communicate and provide informal training regarding payroll processes while supporting company initiatives. Comply with established payroll standards/policies and federal requirements.
- Promote driver retention and safety.
- Provide departmental support for incoming calls regarding payroll questions, as needed.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of all projects in order to meet the business objectives.
- Perform additional duties as required by leadership; assist in general office duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- One (1) year previous customer service or payroll related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point; proven ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
Pay Range: $17.90 - $25.12 Hourly
