Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide end users with quality IT equipment within budget parameters provided. Ensure KNX kiosks are maintained in working order. Complete Computer Equipment Requests (CERs). Set up new computers for KNX employees as directed.

  • Complete all Computer Equipment Requests (CERs) within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Swift kiosks in person and remotely.
  • Image and setup new computers for existing and new employees.
  • Maintain inventory of all parts and components utilized in repair/refurbishing work.
  • Track status of all active CER requests and ensure appropriate personnel are informed of delays and/or problems.
  • Keep users informed of status of request and notify them of any delays in shipping that are outside defined SLA.
  • Maintain and audit CER request to Purchase Order to invoice processes.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2+ years experience in IT help desk required.
  • Experience within transportation industry preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates preferred.
  • Must be able to diagnose equipment problems.
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work in high pressure situations.
  • Must possess strong communication skills.


Pay Range: $25.63 - $37.00 Hourly
