Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening

What You'll Do

As a Diesel Parts Coordinator, you'll help ensure our maintenance operation runs efficiently by managing inventory, sourcing parts, supporting technicians, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure technicians have the parts they need to keep equipment moving
  • Research, source, and purchase parts from approved suppliers and manufacturers
  • Track inventory trends, identify high-demand items, and minimize obsolete stock
  • Process warranty and return parts while coordinating with vendors and manufacturers
  • Resolve shortages, pricing discrepancies, and supply issues
  • Partner with shop leadership, technicians, and vendors to support maintenance operations
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Two years of parts experience, preferably in a heavy-duty truck or transportation environment
  • Experience identifying, sourcing, and ordering truck or equipment parts
  • Working knowledge of OEM parts systems and online ordering platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret parts manuals and repair documentation
