Compensation: $88,000-$100,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Lead P&L and all headcount for assigned terminal. Oversee all activities tied to ensure assigned terminal operates efficiently and optimal capacity for all the company's Lines of Business and customers tied to assigned terminal.
- Ensure terminal is well maintained and is safe, organized, clean and appealing to drivers and customers.
- Establish development/training programs that continuously improve performance and increase position depth.
- Provide continuous feedback to leaders regarding revenue per truck, driver safety, employee retention and utilization of equipment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement; develop and implement cost-effective solutions based on ROI such as improve dispatch MPG.
- Develop and maintain an effective yard management system.
- Collaborate with recruiting and driver development to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Work closely with sales to gain an understanding of market needs and assist in new business development in key markets.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 5+ years' experience in operations and/or sales in transportation industry required.
- 1+ year people leadership experience required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- Must be able to lead, develop and coach others.
- Must be able to effectively transfer knowledge to others.
- Must be able to understand financial reports.
- Must be able to effectively utilize accessible data for effective decision making and problem resolution.
