Transportation Analyst

This key position focuses on establishing relationships with trucking companies to move freight from source to shelf.

 New to transportation or veteran in the industry, start your career with Knight Swift Logistics, one of the largest freight brokerages in North America.

Essential tasks and responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage carrier interactions to ensure optimal daily market coverage
  • Develop strong carrier relationships to achieve consistent and quality capacity
  • Negotiate the most competitive rate relative to market data
  • Proactively communicate service disruptions to the accounts team, and collaboratively work to resolve
  • Hold carriers accountable to service and tracking expectations
  • Understand and create leads for carrier services
  • Drive carrier interaction to our digital platform
