- Must be proactive and work efficiently independently with no supervision.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Pay Range: $59,750.00 - $72,500.00 Annual

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Manage the Planning and Implementation Process for new Dedicated Operations.
- Develop start up plans for new dedicated operations utilizing various software and/or standardized templates.
- Develop critical work tasks/paths, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time to achieve stated objectives. Recruit/select onsite-personnel, construct staff and driver job descriptions and expectations, construct driver training manuals and training conducted checklists, organize and conduct driver meetings, work with internal staff to set-up communications, information technology, and equipment supplies.
- Analyze the new business operational processes and trains and evaluates new employees. Communicates with both corporate and on-site customer management on progress toward objectives.
- Construct a ''Lessons Learned'' document at the completion of each start up and rates the implementation in relation to the start-up plan.
- Create implementation plans for new business proposals. Presents implementation process to prospective customers in sales presentations.
- Travel to and temporarily resides at start-up site; duration of stay will depend on complexity of the account.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
